Founded in 2006, our mission is to level the playing field in the U.S. television industry  by providing expert, unbiased monthly analysis and unique access to insider data valuable for industry professionals in their day-to-day strategic planning. INDEPENDENT ANALYSIS:

Each month our analysts publish in-depth reports on the top 30 cable television networks in the United States, which currently command over 60% of the audience. Our analysts are impartial industry experts who identify and communicate the key insights and trends from our customized monthly Nielsen ratings data. We objectively identify network performance and strategies in a clear and useful way for our subscribers. We also offer custom research to networks like MTV and National Geographic, production companies like Original Productions and agency clients throughout the world. CABLEU DATABASE:

One of the engines powering CableU’s analysis is its “wiki-like” database of cable networks, cable programs and the production companies, producers and network executives behind these programs. The database content comes from a number of sources including network executives, producers and other industry insiders who can add and edit content right to the site. The database furthers CableU’s mission of promoting informational transparency and leveling the playing field. Each network profile gives a quick snapshot of each network and provides producers with the exclusive, insider information they need to make more successful program pitches.
